Be True To Yourself – We’re proud partners of the Manchester Pride Festival 2024

Craig Fitzgerald has been flying with us for the past 19 years. To celebrate Pride this year, we wanted to tell Craig’s story by showcasing his career as a Cabin Services Manager and his passion for Drag Performance. As Craig says, ‘If I wasn’t living a fabulous life, I wouldn’t be true to myself.’

As a celebration of LGBTQ+ people and culture, this Pride partnership plays a crucial role in promoting diversity, inclusion and belonging within societies all around the world. This will be Aer Lingus’ first year in participating in the Manchester Festival, where our people will help to build an electric atmosphere at this legendary Manchester extravaganza.

As part of our investment in workplace diversity, we have established ProudFlies, the Aer Lingus LGBTQ+ and Allies Network, with the aim of building an inclusive, open community — and encouraging colleagues to feel they can bring their whole selves to work.
