There are a number of options available to go from Brussels Airport to the city centre. Journeys can be made by train, bus or taxi, taking around 20-30 minutes and can cost you over 45 Euro.
Taxi: Taxis are available at the airport in front of the arrivals hall. Licensed taxis can be identified by the yellow-blue licence marks. Tip: never use taxis that don't have a licence! A taxi from the airport to the centre of Brussels costs around 45 euros.
Bus: The bus station is located one floor down from the Arrivals Hall. The STIB Airport Line takes you from Brussels Airport to the European Quarter, a stone's throw from the shops uptown, in just 30 minutes. From Monday to Friday, until 8 pm the bus number 12 operates an express service, only serving the main stops. During the week, after 8 pm and all day on Saturday, Sunday and public holidays: bus number 21 operates a regular service, serving all stops.
Trains: Diabolo infrastructure provides a quick and direct link between the SNCB station under the airport terminal and the main stations in Brussels (Brussels-Nord, Brussels-Central and Brussels-Midi). Direct trains run every 15 minutes in both directions. It takes just 17 minutes to travel into Central Brussels.
